Karen Kass, PCAM®
President & CEO

As the founder and owner of AZCMS, Karen Kass provides the vision and guidance necessary to deliver unprecedented service to all her clients. Her extensive experience in community management has given rise to the most progressive, professional and highly respected company in the region. Ms. Kass always focuses on creating and maintaining productive and professional relationships with her clients. While her interpersonal skills are widely acknowledged, she also applies her comprehensive understanding of Association business to help her clients achieve a new level of success.

Her advanced accreditations include the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designation – limited to the top 27% of community managers in the nation over the past thirty years. Ms. Kass is one of only 120 community managers in Arizona to receive the prestigious award.

    • Ron R. Marsh
      Ron R. Marsh, CPA
      Corporate Controller

      Ron R. Marsh, CPA, has utilized his financial expertise on behalf of AZCMS clients right from the start. Ron has over 25 years of experience in many areas of finance including homeowner associations, retail operations, medical and legal services. He is a current member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Arizona Society of CPAs and has led the AICPA’s Accounting Practice Committee. In addition, he has held offices and Board positions in local civic and non-profit organizations.

    • Frank Puma
      Frank Puma, CMCA®
      Vice President of Client Operations

      We are pleased to add to our team the expertise of Frank Puma as the Vice President of Client Operations. Frank brings 19 years of experience in business performance and leadership with emphasis on staff development, client relations and customer service. Frank is a dedicated and enthusiastic leader, mentor and motivator. He holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Arizona State University and a M.B.A from the University of Phoenix.

    • Lindsay Marsh
      Lindsay Marsh, CMCA®, AMS®
      Vice President of Corporate Operations

      Lindsay Marsh is the first point of contact for new homeowners through the transfer of ownership and disclosure process. She is detail orientated, always communicates with a smile, and coordinates a wide variety of special projects and assignments directed towards improving homeowner involvement and our information management systems. Lindsay trains staff and management on new programs and systems while supervising back office operations, payroll and employee training. Lindsay also holds a degree in business.

    • Bret Barnes
      Bret Barnes, CMCA®
      Communications Liaison

      There are all kinds of communication requirements at AZCMS and Bret is responsible for the vast majority of them. He helps build the brands of our clients’ communities by assisting Boards in their communications programs. Areas of responsibility include websites, magazines, graphic design, event planning, and special projects. He also manages AZCMS communications with clients and vendors. So, whoever needs to communicate virtually anything turns to Bret, who is always there with a smile and ready to help. He holds a B.S. in Communication from Arizona State University.
